RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MIAVAI Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in their original condition
- Be returned with all original packaging, including any complimentary items or gifts received with the order
All returns must be approved by MIAVAI Jewelry before being sent back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. MIAVAI Jewelry is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will be calculated based on any discounts or promotions applied to the original order.
Store Credit
Where applicable, customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items
- Promotional gifts or complimentary items received as part of a special offer
Promotion Terms & Conditions
Bundles
If all items included in a bundle are returned together, a full refund will be issued.
If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the individual value of the returned item(s), taking into account the bundle discount applied at checkout.
Buy X Get Y Promotions
For promotions such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 2 Free, or similar offers:
- If all items from the promotion are returned together, a full refund will be issued.
- If only some items are returned, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the promotional discount received at the time of purchase.
Examples:
- Buy 2 Get 1 Free (B2G1): returned items may be refunded at up to 80% of their original value after applying the promotion.
- Buy 2 Get 2 Free (B2G2) and similar offers: returned items may be refunded at up to 50% of their original value after applying the promotion.
Promotional Gifts
Free gifts, bonus items, and promotional products received as part of a marketing campaign are not eligible for refund or exchange.
MIAVAI Jewelry reserves the right to adjust refund amounts when promotional offers have been applied.
European Union Customers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
Personalized and custom-made products are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless faulty.
